ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED by
Chairman Davis, the Board unanimously approved the
Emergency Services District Meeting Minutes of August 18,
2015, as written.

1:03 2. Fire Station #13 Bill of Sale of Utility Facilities— Offsite Water and

ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED by
Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously approved the
Bill of Sale of Utility Facilities from the Emergency Services
District to Indian River County, and authorized the Chairman
to execute same for recordation in the public records of Indian
River County, Florida.
1:04 3. Approval of Change Order for Renovations on Fire Rescue Station

ON MOTION by Commissioner Flescher, SECONDED by
Chairman Davis, the Board approved the Change Order for
Fire Rescue Station #1 with Barth Construction, Inc.
1:04 4. Agreement for Pay Increases in FY 2015-16 for IAFF Bargaining
p.m. Unit Employees j)

Commissioner O'Bryan spoke in support of the pay increases
for the employees in the International Association of Fire
Fighters (IAFF) Bargaining Unit.

Commissioner O'Bryan, the Board unanimously approved the
First Amendment to the October 1, 2013 Collective Bargaining
Agreement by and between Indian River County Emergency
Services District (the County), and the Indian River County
Firefighters/Paramedics Association, Local 2201, International
Association of Fire Fighters (the Union).
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Chairman declared the Emergency Services District meeting
adjourned at 1:05 p.m.
