EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT
The Board of Commissioners of the Emergency Services District, Florida, met at the
County Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, November
21 , 2006 , at 9 : 00 a . m . Present were Chairman Gary C . Wheeler, Vice Chairman Sandra L .
Bowden and Commissioners Wesley S . Davis, Joseph E . Flescher and Peter D . O ' Bryan . Also
present were County Administrator Joseph Baird, County Attorney William G . Collins II,
Executive Aide to the Board Kimberly Massung, and Deputy Clerk Leona Allen .
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 11 : 40 a . m .

14 . A . 1 . EMERGENCY SERVICES STATION 51 DEDUCTIVE
CHANGE ORDER NO , 3
ON MOTION by Commissioner O ' Bryan, SECONDED by
Commissioner Bowden, the Board unanimously approved
Deductive Change Order No . 3 , in the amount of $ 27, 198 . 25 , and
authorized the Chairman to execute same , as recommended in the
memorandum of November 7 , 2006 ,

OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD
