SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT
The District Board of Commissioners of the Solid Waste Disposal District met at
the County Commission Chambers , 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday,
December 19 , 2006 at 12 : 43 p . m . Present were Chairman Gary C . Wheeler, Vice Chair Sandra
Bowden, and Commissioners Wesley S . Davis , Joseph E . Flescher and Peter D . O ' Bryan . Also
present were County Administrator Joseph A . Baird, Assistant County Attorney Marian E . Fell ,
Executive Aide to the Board Kimberly Massung, , and Deputy Clerk Maria I . Suesz .
The Chainnan called the meeting to order at 12 : 43 p . m .
14 . B . SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT
I. AMENDMENT OF LEASE A GREEMENT BETWEEN MWI CORPORATION
AND INDIAN RIVER CO UNTY SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT
ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis , SECONDED by
Vice Chair Bowden, the Board unanimously approved the
Lease amendment, and authorized the SWDD Chairman to
sign same, as recommended in the memorandum of
December 6 , 2006 .

LEASE AMENDMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE BOARD
ALL BACKUP DOCUMENTATION IS ON FILE IN THE
OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD AND IS HEREBY MADE A PART
OF THESE MINUTES
December 19 , 2006
