The Chairman called the meeting to order at 11:28 a.m.

The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to the
Meeting of February 14, 2006. There were none.
ON' MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED
Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously approved the Minutes
the Meeting of February 14, 2006, as written.
