MEETING MINUTES
The Board of Commissioners of the Solid Waste Disposal District met at the County
Commission Chambers, 1801 27`h Street, .Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 .
Present wereIN Vice Chairman Peter- D . - O' Bryan, Commissioners . Wesley S . Davis, Joseph E.
Flescher, and Bob Solari . Chairman Gary C . Wheeler was absent. Also present were County

Vice Chairman O ' Bryan called the meeting to order at 9 : 59 a.m. ' &

There being no further business , the Vice Chairman declared the Solid Waste Disposal
District meeting adjourned at 9 : 59 a.m.
