SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT
MEETING MINUTES
The Board of Commissioners of the Solid Waste Disposal District met at the County
Commission Chambers, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, November 19, 2013.
Present were Chairman Peter D. O'Bryan, Vice Chairman Wesley S. Davis, and Commissioners
Joseph E Flescher, Bob Solari, and Tim Zorc. Also present were County Administrator Joseph
A. Baird, County Attorney Dylan Reingold, and Deputy Clerk Maureen Gelfo.
Chairman O'Bryan called the meeting to order at 1:03 p.m.
15.13.1. FINAL PAY FOR CDM SMITH WORK ORDER No. 6 - ANNUAL
PERMITTING SERVICES 2013
ON MOTION by Commissioner Flescher, SECONDED
by Commissioner Solari, the Board approved for payment
CDM Smith Inc.'s final invoice in the amount of
$9,202.50, as recommended in the memorandum of
November 12, 2013.

15.13.2. NEW OSLO CUSTOMER CONVENIENCE CENTER - APPROVAL OF
CHANGE ORDER No. 3, RELEASE OF RETAINAGE AND FINAL
PAY TO PAUL JACOUIN& SONS (BID No. 2012051)
ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Davis, SECONDED by
Commissioner Solari, the Board unanimously approved
and authorized the Chairman to execute Change Order No.
3, Release of Retainage and Final Payment in the amount
of $102,376.75 to Paul Jacquin & Sons, Inc., for the New
Oslo Customer Convenience Center Project, as
recommended in the memorandum of November 12, 2013.
CHANGE ORDER ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD
ALL BACKUP DOCUMENTATION, RESOLUTIONS, AND ORDINANCES ARE ON FILE IN THE OFFICE
OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD AND ARE HEREBY MADE A PART OF THESE MINUTES
There being no further business, the Chairman declared the Solid Waste Disposal District
meeting adjourned at 1:05 p.m.
