EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT
MEETING MINUTES
The Board of Commissioners of the Emergency Services District (ESD) met at the County
Commission Chambers, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, December 3, 2013.
Present were Chairman Peter D. O'Bryan, and Commissioners Joseph E Flescher, Bob Solari, and
Tim Zorc. Vice Chairman Wesley S. Davis was absent. Also. present were County Administrator
Joseph A. Baird, County Attorney Dylan Reingold, and Deputy Clerk Leona Adair Allen.
Chairman O'Bryan called the meeting to order at 12:34 p.m.
15.21.1. FY 2012-2013 RECORDS DISPOSITION COMPLIANCE
STATEMENT AND RECORDS MANAGEMENT LIAISON OFFICER
FORM
ON MOTION by Commissioner Flescher, SECONDED
Chairman O'Bryan, the Board by a 4-0 vote (Vice
Chairman Davis absent), authorized the Chairman to
execute the Records Management Compliance Statement
for the period October 1, 2012 through September 30,
2013, and return to the Records management Liaison
Officer (RMLO) the form to be mailed to the Florida

Emergency Services District, as recommended in the
memorandum of November 20, 2013.
DOCUMENT ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD
ALL BACKUP DOCUMENTATION, RESOLUTIONS, AND ORDINANCES ARE ON FILE IN THE OFFICE
OF THE CLERIC TO THE BOARD AND ARE HEREBY MADE A PART OF THESE MINUTES
There being no further business, the Chairman declared the Emergency Services District
meeting adjourned at 12:35 p.m.
