EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT
MEETING MINUTES
The Board of Commissioners of the Emergency Services District met at the County
Commission Chambers, 1801 27h Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 .
Present were Chairman Joseph E . Flescher, Vice Chairman Wesley S . Davis, and Commissioners
Peter D . O ' Bryan, Bob Solari, and Tim Zorc. Also present were County Administrator Joseph A.
Baird, County Attorney Alan S . Polackwich, Sr. , and Deputy Clerk Leona Adair Allen.
Chairman Flescher called the meeting to order at 12 :25 p .m .
15.A. 1. APPROVAL of MINUTES - MEETING of OCTOBER 2. 2012
The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to the minutes . There
were none.
ON MOTION by Commissioner O ' Bryan, SECONDED
by Commissioner Solari, the Board unanimously approved
the minutes of the ESD meeting of October 2, 2012 , as
written.

1 S.A. 2. FY2011-2012 RECORDS DISPOSITION COMPLIANCE
STATEMENT AND RECORDS MANAGEMENT LIAISON OFFICER
FORM - EMERGENCYSERVICES DISTRICT
ON MOTION by Commissioner O ' Bryan, SECONDED
by Commissioner Solari , the Board unanimously
authorized the Chairman to execute the Records
Disposition Compliance Statement for the period October
1 , 2011 through September 30, 2012, and return to the
Records Management Liaison Officer (RMLO) the form
to be mailed to the Florida Department of State for the
Indian River County Emergency Services District, as
recommended in the memorandum dated November 28 ,
2012 .
DOCUMENT ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD
ALL BACKUP DOCUMENTATION, RESOLUTIONS , AND ORDINANCES ARE ON FILE IN THE OFFICE
OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD AND ARE HEREBY MADE A PART OF THESE MINUTES
There being no further business, the Chairman declared the Emergency Services District
meeting adjourned at 12 : 26 p.m.
