ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL BOARD
MEETING MINUTES
The Board of Commissioners of the Environmental Control Board District met at the
County Commission Chambers, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, February 7,
2012 . Present were Chairman Gary C . Wheeler, Vice Chairman Peter D . O ' Bryan, and
Commissioners Wesley S . Davis, and Bob Solari . Commissioner Joseph E . Flescher was absent.
Also present were County Administrator Joseph A. Baird, County Attorney Alan S . Polackwich,
Sr. , and Deputy Clerk Maureen Gelfo .
Chairman Wheeler called the meeting to order at 11 :41 a.m.
1 S. C. 1 APPOINTMENT OF THE MEDICAL DOCTOR REPRESENTATIVE TO THE
ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL HEARING BOARD
ON MOTION by Commissioner Solari , SECONDED by
Commissioner Davis, by a 4-0 vote (Commissioner
Flescher absent), the Board approved the appointment of
Dr. Philip R. Glade as the Medical Doctor Representative
to the Environmental Control Hearing Board, with his

term to expire in January 2015 , as recommended by the
Indian River County Medical Society Executive
Committee.
ALL BACKUP DOCUMENTATION, RESOLUTIONS , AND ORDINANCES ARE ON FILE IN THE OFFICE
OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD AND ARE HEREBY MADE A PART OF THESE MINUTES
There being no further business, the Chairman declared the meeting adjourned at
11 : 41 a.m.
