ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL BOARD
MEETING MINUTES
The Board of Commissioners of the Environmental Control Board District met at the
County Commission Chambers , 1801 270' Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, March 1 ,
2011 . Present were Chairman Bob Solari , Vice Chairman Gary C . Wheeler, and Commissioners
Wesley S . Davis , Joseph E . Flescher, and Peter D . O ' Bryan . Also present were County
Administrator Joseph A . Baird, County Attorney Alan S . Polackwich, Sr. , and Deputy Clerk
Maureen Gelfo .
Chairman Solari called the meeting to order at 10 : 46 a . m .
1 S. C1. QUARTERLYREPORT FOR THE FIRST QUARTER - FISCAL YEAR 2010-2011
FOR SUBMISSION TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by
Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously accepted
the Report of Activities for First Quarter Fiscal Year
2010-2011 (October through December 2010) , as
recommended in the memorandum of February 22 , 2011 .
