EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT
MEETING MINUTES
The Board of Commissioners of the Emergency Services District of Indian River County,
Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission Chambers, 1801 27' Street, Vero
Beach, Florida, on Tuesday , April 17 , 2012 . Present were Chairman Gary C . Wheeler, Joseph E .
Flescher, and Bob Solari . Vice Chairman Peter D . O ' Bryan and Commissioner Wesley S . Davis
were absent . Also present were County Administrator Joseph A . Baird, County Attorney Alan S .
Polackwich, Sr . , and Deputy Clerk Maureen Gelfo .
Chairman Wheeler called the meeting to order at 10 : 20 a. m .

ON MOTION by Commissioner Solari , SECONDED by
Commissioner Flescher, by a 3 -0 vote (Commissioners
Davis and O ' Bryan absent) , the Board approved and
