PROFESSIONAL BRIDGE DESIGN SERVICES AGREEMENT
FOR ANNUAL BRIDGE DESIGN SERVICES CONTRACT
WITH
Bridge Design Associates, Inc.
Indian River County Project No. 9920-B
This Work Order No. 8 is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated October 3,
2006 between Bridge Design Associates, Inc. (ENGINEER) and Indian River Countv
(COUNTY).
This Work Order No. 8 amends the agreement as follows:
SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS
16`" Street Bridge over I.R.F.W.C.D. Range Line Canal (at 74ts Avenue)
SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES
This Work Order No. 8 is for providing Design Phase Services for 6" force main crossing of
the above mentioned project as described in Exhibit "A" attached to this document.
SECTION III - TIME FOR COMPLETION
During Construction Phases.
SECTION IV — COMPENSATION
The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the ENGINEER agrees to accept, a fee for services
rendered according to the "Scope of Services" identified in Section 11 and III of this Work
Order No. 8, Hourly Not To Exceed $481 4 00.

The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein. All remaining sections
of the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect, and are incorporated herein.
