WHEREAS , the abov e named service affirms that it will maintain compliance with the requirements ofthe Indian River Code of ordinances

THEREFORE , the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County hereby issues a Class " E " Certificate of Public Convenience

Necessity to said Company to provide Wheelchair Transportation services within Indian River County .
