WORK ORDER NO. 4

KIMLEY-HORN & ASSOCIATES , INC . f
This Work Order No . 4 is in accordance with the existing Agreement for Professional Surveying and
Mapping Services dated September 26, 2003 , between Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc . (SURVEYOR)
and Indian River County (COUNTY) . This Work Order No . 4 amends the Agreement as follows :
SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS
This Work Order No . 4 is for providing a Boundary Survey of the South County RO Plant property .
SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES
Preparation of a Boundary Survey of the South County RO Plant based upon the Florida State Plane
Coordinate System, East Zone . The Boundary Survey will include the location of any large ditches that
cross the boundary line .
SECTION III - TIME FOR COMPLETION
The Work Order No . 4 shall be completed within 48 calendar days from Notice to Proceed .
SECTION IV - COMPENSATION
The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the SURVEYOR agrees to accept, a fee for services rendered
according to the " Scope of Services " identified in Section III of this Work Order No . 4 , a Lump Sum
of $ 7 , 000 . 00 .
The Agreement is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein . All remaining sections of the
Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, and are incorporated herein .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed these presents this 18th day
of November 2003 .
