N/A Catalog of State Financial Assistance Number. 55013 THIS AGREEMENT , made and entered into this day of , by and between the STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION , an agency of the State of Florida , hereinafter referred to as the Department, and Indian River County Board of County Commissioners 1840 25 Street Vero Beach , FL 32960 hereinafter referred to as Agency.
