Amendment to EDACS FX Agreement:
This amendment authorizes the extension to the EDACS FX agreement executed between
Indian River County , , the (Subscriber) , and MIA-Com Inc. , (Seller) dated 12/ 19/95 .
The term , of this extension shall start on 01 /01 /03 and expire on 12/31 /03
EDACS FX Fees :
Subscriber agrees to an extension of the existing EDACS FX services agreement for a one (1 )
year term , based on the payment terms agreed to by Subscriber and Seller or its EDACS
Reseller / EDACS Strategic Integrator.
Upon expiration , the Subscriber may request an additional extension , which will be agreed upon
by both parties at that time .
Except as modified in this amendment , the terms and conditions of the above mentioned
Agreement remains in effect .
