s an amendment to the Agreement dated 10th day of September, 1975, by and between
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, as part of the first part,
hereinafter referred to as COUNTY, and FELLSMERE WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT, a
water management district existing under the general drainage laws of the State of Florida, as
amended, party of the second part, hereinafter referred to as DISTRICT.
The DISTRICT and the COUNTY hereby adds 79th Street from Willow Street westward to
Park Lateral Canal to the COUNTY's North County Grader Route No. 3.
IN WIT SS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto set their hands and seals this
