Sample pickup time for laboratory tests will be billed at $49 . 00 per hour unless performed in conjunction with other field testing services (in place density tests or concrete tests ) services . 3 . Engineering technician time spent on concrete testing services will be billed at $43 . 00 per hour for on-site standby time in excess of 1 hour per set, cylinder set pickup performed not in conjunction with other field testing services , and cancellation without notice . 4 .
