Re : Agreement between Indian River County, Florida and Windsor Properties , Inc .
Relating to the Exchange of Real Property
Dear Ms . Armstrong :
In support of Indian River County's request for approval of the above referenced
Agreement, please be advised that Windsor Properties , Inc . ' s cash donation of One
Million Dollars will be earmarked to benefit Indian River County parks and recreation .
The dedication of said funds was approved by the Indian River County Board of County
Commission at its meeting on July 11 , 2006 .
