PROFESSIONAL BRIDGE DESIGN SERVICES AGREEMENT
FOR ANNUAL CONTRACTUAL SERVICES
This shall serve as mutual consent to extend the Agreement between Indian River County
and Bridge Design Associates, Inc. for Professional Bridge Design Services from October 1,
2008 to September 30, 2009.
All provisions of the original agreement, approved October 3, 2006 shall remain in full
force and effect. The fee schedule for October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009 shall remain
in effect from October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009 as stated in "Exhibit A" (attached).
