Dear Jim :
As you are aware , the above referenced subdivision will be developed into single-family lots .
stormwater runoff from 63'd Street will be conveyed via pipes to the stormwater management
system within the subdivision . The drainage structures and pipe lengths described in Exhibtt "A"
hereto will convey the stormwater from the County Right�of�Way into the subdivision ' s stormwater
management system . By this Letter Agreement, the developer , Antilles Vero Beach LLC , a Florida
limited liability company , and Indian River County agree that the drainage structures and pipe
iengths described on Exhibit "Ar hereto , upon construction , lying and being within the County Right-
ot�Way , will be operated and maintained by Indian River County , All stomwater tracts , and the
stormwater management system , shall be the perpetual maintenance obligation of Antilles Vero
Beach, LLC , or Its successor in interest, the Antilles Vero Beach Homeowners ' Association , inc• ,
for the management and storage of stormwaters ,
