All services performed under this contract shall be supervised and certified by a licensed
Professional Engineer ( PE ) registered with the State of Florida and staff employed directly with
your firm .
Scope of Services
All work shall be performed on a unit price basis in accordance with the attached Scope of
Services dated September 12 , 2008 and shall comply with Standards enumerated in the
RENEWAL OF THE ANNUAL GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES CONTRACT , IRC PROJECT NO .
0534 WITH AM ENGINEERING , INC . Effective Date : September 11 , 2007 .
Minimum Specification Requirements as follows :
CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS TESTING SERVICES
The Testing To Include The Following :
• Pavement Area Soils
• Underground Utilities Below Pavement Including Driveways
• Proctors
• Concrete Testing
• Miscellaneous
COMPENSATION .
The COUNTY agrees to pay , and the Geotechnical Professional agrees to accept, a fee for
services rendered according to the " Scope of Services" identified in the attached EXHIBIT "A"
Fee Schedule and Man Hours .
A Not-to- Exceed Amount of: $4, 830 . 00 for 10th Court SW , and $4 , 121 . 00 for 1St Road to be paid

Ladies and Gentlemen;
A . M . Engineering and Testing, Inc. is pleased to submit the following estimate of the soil and
concrete testing costs for the referenced project. The estimate is based on the unit prices in our
2007-2008 continuing services contract with the County, our interpretation of the project
specifications, and our experience on similar type projects. The actual testing costs could vary
depending on site conditions, construction schedules, or engineer/architect ' s requirements .
