HomeMy WebLinkAbout2006-014 j � ao� � - U / 1Y FWC Grant No. 04027 AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the FLORIDA FISH AND WILDLIFE CONSERVATION COMMISSION ("COMMISSION'), and the INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ("GRANTEE) , and amends that Agreement entered into between the COMMISSION and the GRANTEE dated April 71 2005, and hereinafter referred to as the "ORIGINAL AGREEMENT" IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual covenants and conditions set forth herein and in the ORIGINAL AGREEMENT, the parties agree to amend the ORIGINAL AGREEMENT as follows, which amendments shall govern to the exclusion of any provision of the ORIGINAL AGREEMENT to the contrary: 1 . Paragraph 3 of the ORIGINAL AGREEMENT is hereby revised to extend the termination date from December 23. 2005 to June 30. 2006, unless terminated sooner pursuant to the terms of the ORIGINAL AGREEMENT. 2. No funds in addition to those provided for in the ORIGINAL AGREEMENT are authorized or allocated for the term of this extension. 3. The Scope of Services (Attachment A), paragraph 3 is hereby revised to change the due date for the draft final report due to on or before May 15. 2006 and the due date for the final report due to on or before June 30, 2006. All provisions of the ORIGINAL AGREEMENT not specifically amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
