Ansley Park Planned Development
AMENDMENT NO , 1
TO THE DEVELOPER' S AGREEMENT
BETWEEN ANSLEY PARK DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION AND INDIAN RIVER COUNTY
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
WHEREAS , the ANSLEY PARK DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION has
applied to develop a residential community to be known as Ansley Park Subdivision on
approximately 50 acres of land along 13 "' Street SW, in Indian River County, Project
Number 2001080023 -31827 .
WHEREAS , ANSLEY PARK DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION and INDIAN
RIVER COUNTY entered into a Developer ' s Agreement on September 3 , 2002 , setting
forth the mutual obligations of the parties .
WHEREAS , ANSLEY PARK DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, has
conveyed its interests and obligations in said project to SHOWCASE DESIGNER
HOMES , L. C . , 12825 S . E . Suzanne Drive, Hobe Sound FL 33455 , hereinafter referred
to as the DEVELOPER and DEVELOPER agrees to assume all of the duties and
obligations of ANSLEY PARK DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION contained in the
Developer ' s Agreement dated September 3 , 2002 .
WHEREAS , SHOWCASE DESIGNER HOMES , L. C . and INDIAN RIVER
COUNTY desire to amend and supplement the Developer ' s Agreement to their mutual
benefit, the parties agree that this AMENDMENT is an extension of and hereby becomes
a part of the MASTER AGREEMENT as follows :

WITNESSETH
Original Paragraph 2 is Revised to add g. as follows :
g. COUNTY shall pay DEVELOPER $ 6 , 859 . 00 for design and construction of
approximately 195 LF of six-foot (6 ' ) wide sidewalk on the north side of 13th Street SW
along the existing mobile home park. Payment shall be made after work is satisfactorily
completed.
Relationship to Original Agreement and Laws of Florida
All conditions set forth in the original AGREEMENT shall control unless
otherwise specified in this AMENDMENT .
This AMENDMENT, regardless of where executed, shall be governed by and
construed according to the laws of the State of Florida.
