Home My WebLink About2008-377 BRIDGE REPLACEMENTS AND WIDENING OF 66TH AVENUE FROM SOUTH OF SR 60 TO 59TH STREET PROFESSIONAL CIVIL ENGINEERING, GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING AND LAND SURVEYING SERVICES AMENDMENT NO, 6 TO THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING/LAND SURVEYING SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN ARCADIS AND INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. This is an amendment to the existing Engineering/Land Surveying Services Agreement (AGREEMENT) dated September 6 , 2005 between ARCADIS (ENGINEER) and Indian River County (COUNTY) . This amendment addresses changes in " Section I — Project Limits and Description", " Section III - Scope of Services " , and " Section V - Compensation" . Amendment Description This Amendment includes the following : " SECTION I - PROJECT LIMITS AND DESCRIPTION" is being modified to incorporate the following : The County is planning to construct the segment of 66th Avenue from South of SR 60 to north of SR 60 . Consultant services are required for modifications to the existing traffic signal system at the intersection of SR 60 and 60h Avenue . Construction of the improvements of SR 60 south of 66th Avenue and the plateau intersection will result in a need for a temporary traffic signal system. A temporary diagonal strain pole traffic signal system will be designed and a permit application will be submitted to the Florida Department of Transportation for approval . " SECTION III — SCOPE OF SERVICES" is being modified to incorporate the following : E. Once permits are received, 100% design drawings shall be completed 30 days thereafter. " SECTION V — COMPENSATION" is being modified to incorporate the following : The COUNTY agrees to pay and the ENGINEER agrees to accept for services rendered pursuant to this Agreement fees in accordance with the following : A .
