HomeMy WebLinkAbout2009-156 / 0 (7 BRIDGE REPLACEMENTS AND WIDENING OF 66TH AVENUE FROM SOUTH OF SR 60 TO 59TH STREET PROFESSIONAL CIVIL ENGINEERING , GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING AND LAND SURVEYING SERVICES AMENDMENT NO . 7 TO THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING/LAND SURVEYING SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN ARCADIS AND INDIAN RIVER COUNTY , FLORIDA. This is an amendment to the existing Engineering/Land Surveying Services Agreement (AGREEMENT) dated September 6 , 2005 between ARCADIS (ENGINEER) and Indian River County (COUNTY) . This amendment addresses changes in Section I — Project Limits and Description" , " Section III - Scope of Services " , and " Section V - Compensation " . Amendment Description This Amendment includes the following : " SECTION I - PROJECT LIMITS AND DESCRIPTION " is being modified to incorporate the following : The County is planning to construct the segment of 66th Avenue from South of SR 60 to north of SR 60 . Consultant services are required for construction engineering services related to this project . Construction engineering services will include coordination with the FDOT relative to the improvements to SR — 60 , revisions to the plans as required by the County and FDOT at the intersection of 66th Avenue and SR- 60 , responding to the contractor' s requests for clarification and additional information, and other similar activities . " SECTION V — COMPENSATION " is being modified to incorporate the following : The COUNTY agrees to pay and the ENGINEER agrees to accept for services rendered pursuant to this Agreement fees in accordance with the following : A . All other sections of the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect and are incorporated herein.
