S. , INC . This Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Civil Engineering Services Agreement with Arcadis U . S . , Inc . is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated December 13 , 2005 and the extension thereof, between Arcadis U . S . , Inc . ( ENGINEER) and Indian River County (COUNTY) . This Amendment No . 1 amends the agreement as follows : SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS Consultant services are required for the preparation of plans for the design of 20th Avenue from 25th Street SW to 21 gt Street SW. SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES The scope of services for this Amendment No . 1 is to perform the following tasks as requested by the County : 1 . Preparation of plans for the construction of a stormwater drainage pond on the Falcon Trace site 2 . Preparation of stormwater drainage calculations to determine the required pond size , water surface elevations , and water quality treatment and permanent pool size requirements . 3 . Meeting with the St . Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD) to confirm the permit requirements for the project . 4 . Preparation and submission of permit application packages to the SJRWMD and the Indian River Farm Water Control District . SECTION III = TIME FOR COMPLETION Supplemental tasks shall be completed within 30 business days from the date of execution of this Amendment No . 1 to the Professional Civil Engineering Services Agreement with Arcadis U . All invoicing and payments shall be in accordance with the original Professional Civil Engineering Services Agreement with the COUNTY and as stated hereon . Invoices shall include the work order and project number , invoice number related to this work order , original contract amount , current billing amount and retainage amounts .
