BID NO. 7029-AMENDMENT 2
This Amendment No. 2 to Central Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion, From 2 .0 MGD to 4.0
MGD — Bid No. 7029 — Amendment 2 is entered into as of October 2, 2006, pursuant to that certain
agreement entered into as of December 7, 2004 by and between Indian River County, a political subdivision
of the State of Florida, and Indian River Industrial Contractors, Inc. as contractor.
1 . The parties desire to amend Paragraph 1 .8.5 to reduce retainage to $ 10,000.00. Owner shall retain
$ 10,000.00 of the payment amount due to Contractor until final completion and acceptance of all
work to be performed by Contractor under the Contract Documents.
2. The terms of the construction contract not specifically modified herein shall remain in Full Force and
Effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Contract Amendment as of the date first written
above.
