Morgan and Eklund . Inc_
In accordance with Contract No , 0725 2007-2009
This Work Order No . 6 is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated November 6`I ' , 2007 ,
renewed October 6 , 2009 , between Morgan and Eklund , Inc . ( SURVEYOR ) and Indian River County
( COUNTY) . This Work Order No . 6 amends the Agreement as follows :
SECTION I - PROJECT LIMITS
This Work Order No. 6 is for the SURVEYOR to perform Surveying and Mapping Services necessary
to provide legal descriptions and sketches of approximately 176 parcels needed for temporary
construction easements within the Sector 3 Beach Restoration Project area ( FDEP Reference
Monuments R - 20 to 113 -551 6 , 6 miles )
SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES
As agreed upon between Morgan and Eklund , Inc . and Indian River County , the SURVEYOR shall
provide Professional land Surveying services ( Services) as follows :
Legal descriptions of sketches will be provided in AutoCAD format for the 176 parcels adjoining the
Sector 3 Erosion Control Line . The complete proposal for the above Services can be seen in Exhibit
A to this Work Order .
SECTION III - TIME FOR COMPLETION & DELIVERABLESIWORK PRODUCT
1 . Completion and Deliverables
a . "Services" project completion shall be within 30 calendar days of Notice to Proceed
b . Following completion of the " Services" ; Time for Completion and Deliverables shall be
within 30 calendar days .
c . Prepare maps , documents and supporting files in a way that the COUNTY or other
consultants can readily use it for the design and analysis of the area , as defined It is
acknowledged all final products become property of Indian River COUNTY and will be
available for use by the public at large .
d . The SURVEYOR ' S work product shall meet or exceed the ininirnum standards as
defined by Sections Il , III and IV or the COUNTY will not approve the
SURVEYOR ' S request for payment .
SECTION IV — COMPENSATION
The COUNTY agrees to pay , and the SURVEYOR agrees to accept ; for the above described services
rendered as identified in Sections I , 11 , and III of this Work Order No . 6 , for a Time and Material
, Not to
Exceed amount of $28 ; 160 Time and Material based on the established Fee schedule in accordance
with Contract No . 0725 2007 -2009 .

All and/or any additional services not described hereon shall be pre - approved by the COUNTY
Approved additional services shall be invoiced at the rates disclosed in the approved fee schedule
with the SURVEYOR for the contract year(s) of November 6"" , 2007 through November 5 "' , 2009 ,
All invoicing shall include Work Order No . 6 (WO 6 ) , Contract Number ( 0725 ) , itemized rnan - hours
and materials expended to complete the scope of services . Payments shall be in accordance with the
original Professional Surveying and Mapping /GIS Services Agreement , Contract No : 0725 with the
COUNTY and as stated in Section II , III and IV hereon .
The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein . All remaining sections of the
AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect ; and are incorporated herein .
