RE: Request for Modification 1 to CDBG Agreement #08DB-T3-10-40-01-N 25
Indian River County Gifford Fire Station Project
Dear Ms. Boyette:
Please accept the enclosed request for modification number one for the above referenced CDBG
agreement between Indian River County and the Florida Department of Community Affairs.
The modification revises the CDBG agreement work plan to reconcile the proposed completion
date of the fire station with available operational funds. The revised work plan also recognizes
that it has taken longer than usual to respond to the Department's changes in the environmental
review and release of funds process.
While the modification request revises the activity dates within the work plan, please note that the
overall project completion date is not being changed. In addition, the modification request does
not reduce the number of accomplishments, beneficiaries, or score of the project, and it does not
change the map or environmental review record.
