AND INDIAN RIVER COUNTY , FLORIDA . This is an amendment to WORK ORDER #9 dated July 8 , 2008 to the agreement ( AGREEMENT) dated October 3 , 2006 for Professional Bridge Design Services Annual Contract between Bridge Design Associates , Inc . ( ENGINEER ) and Indian River County ( COUNTY ) . AMENDMENT DESCRIPTION This Amendment includes the following : The ENGINEER will perform the necessary engineering services to the Old Dixie Highway Bridge over South Relief Canal Project by revising the plans to match the new updated survey provided by the County . " SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS AND DESCRIPTION The project is located approximately 3300 feet north Along Old Dixie Highway between 2 "' Street SW and 3rd Place . The work will include the replacement of the Old Dixie Highway Bridge over the South Relief Canal , approximately 3300 feet of road and drainage improvements to the approaches of the bridge , stormwater treatment ponds , utility improvements and other work necessary to complete the project . " SECTION III — SCOPE OF SERVICES " is being modified to include the following : The construction drawings will be updated by adding all of the new topographic information as included on a recent survey provided by the County . The updated survey includes driveways , utilities , trees , drainage pipes and other new topographic information that will require additions and changes to the construction drawings . " SECTION IV — TIME FOR COMPLETION " The final revised plans shall be completed within six weeks after notice to proceed . " SECTION V — COMPENSATION " is being modified to incorporate the following : The COUNTY agrees to pay and the ENGINEER agrees to accept for services rendered pursuant to this Agreement fees inclusive of expenses in accordance with the following : Bridge Design Associates , Inc .
