SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES
This Work Order No . 11 is for providing Construction Phase Service ( Construction
Engineering and Inspection) for the above mentioned project .
SECTION III = TIME FOR COMPLETION
During Bidding and Construction Phases .
SECTION IV — COMPENSATION
The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the ENGINEER agrees to accept , a fee for services
rendered according to the " Scope of Services " identified in Section II and III of this Work
Order Number 11 , Hourly Not To Exceed $ 13 , 273 . 30 .
