PROFESSIONAL BRIDGE DESIGN SERVICES AGREEMENT
FOR ANNUAL BRIDGE DESIGN SERVICES CONTRACT
WITH
Bridge Design Associates , Inc .
This Work Order No . 14 is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated October 3 ,
2006 between Bridge Design Associates , Inc . ( ENGINEER ) and Indian River County
( COUNTY ) .
This Work Order No . 14 amends the agreement as follows :
SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS
Bridge on 89th Street over SRWCD Lateral D Canal (CR510)
SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES
This Work Order No . 14 is for providing review and comments for the above mentioned
project .
SECTION III - TIME FOR COMPLETION
15 calendar days per review .
SECTION IV — COMPENSATION
The COUNTY agrees to pay , and the ENGINEER agrees to accept , a fee for services
rendered according to the " Scope of Services " identified in Section 11 and III of this Work
Order No . 14 as follow :
Not To Exceed fee paid on an hourly basis : $ 45500 . 00

The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein . All remaining sections
of the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect, and are incorporated herein .
