FOR
PROFESSIONAL BRIDGE DESIGN SERVICES AGREEMENT
FOR ANNUAL BRIDGE DESIGN SERVICES CONTRACT
WITH
Bridge Design Associates, Inc.
Indian River County Project No. 0206
This Work Order No. 9 is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated October 3,
2006 between Bridge Design Associates, Inc. (ENGINEER) and Indian River County
(COUNTY).
This Work Order Number 9 amends the agreement as follows:
SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS
Old Dixie Highway Bridge over South Relief Canal
SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES
This Work Order No. 9 is for providing Construction Phase Service (Construction Engineering
and Inspection) for the above mentioned project.
SECTION III = TIME FOR COMPLETION
During Bidding and Construction Phases.
SECTION IV — COMPENSATION
The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the ENGINEER agrees to accept, a fee for services
rendered according to the "Scope of Services" identified in Section II and III of this Work
Order Number 9, Hourly Not To Exceed $32,616.05.

The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein. All remaining sections
of the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect, and are incorporated herein.
