This change order incorporates a time extension of 38 days to the project substantial completion date, currently May 18, 2007,
and associated extension of general conditions due to Infirmary Phase building permit delayed from November 1 , 2006 to
December 8, 2006, a duration of 38 days. The general conditions extension is $67,676.00 and is to be funded by the use of
contractor contingency funds and is no increase to the GMP.
The original Guaranteed Maximum Price was $ 18,301 ,631 .00
The net change by previously authorized Change Orders $ (493,779.35)
The Guaranteed Maximum Price prior to this Change Order was $ 17,807,851 .65
The Guaranteed Maximum Price will be increased by this Change Order in the amount of $ 0.00
The new Guaranteed Maximum Price including this Change Order will be $ 17,807,851 .65
The Contract Time will be increased by Thirty Eight ( 38 ) days.
