Brown Construction, Inc respectfully requests a Time Extension for the Intake and Dormitory Phase and the Infirmity Phase of the Indian River Jail Expansion Project This is necessary since the project construction schedule was unable to absorb impacts due to early weather conditions, as was previously anticipated, and unforeseen conditions and modifications mainly due to renovation and underground utilities. Please understand this request is for an extension for time only, since due to the nature of the impacts Peter R. Brown Construction, Inc will not request an extension for cost, '.. the Dormitory and Intake phase was contracted to achieve Substantial Completion May 18, 2007 and the Infirmaty phase June 25, 2002. Per this request and the attached Time Extension Analysis, Peter R. Brown Construction, Inc requests Substantial Completion dates be extended accordingly, Dormitory to August 3, ''.. 2007, Intake to August 17, 2007 and the Infirmary to September 10, 2007 Peter R.
