Item 1 Provide all labor, materials and equipment to install a canopy at the sheriffs Office Auto Maintenance Garage
on.the west side:of the building. The design was per the County's requirements. Work includes providing signed and sealed
drawings for permitting, installing concrete footings, posts, decking and sealants. Canopy is to be 100 lineal feet long and
23 feet wide. Funding for this work is from the Project Budget and specifically the Contractor's Contingency.
TOTAL $78,925.00
Acceptance of this change order will not change the Guaranteed Maximum Price but the Contractors Contingency will be
reduced.by $78,925.00.
"elite project's substantial completion date of September 10, 2007 remains unchanged. This work will take place after that
date and will be substantially complete forty-five (45) days after delivery of materials.
The original Guaranteed.Maximum Price was $ 18,301 ,631 .00
The net change by previously authorized Change Orders $ (493,779.35)
The Guaranteed Maximum Price prior to this Change Order was $ 17,807,851 .65
