THE CONTRACT IS CHANGED AS FOLLOWS:

Provide all labor, materials and equipment to provide and install acoustic panels in the four (4) Dormitory Buildings in
every otherjoist bay per Options A & B in Proposal Request #7 dated September 25, 2007 from CRA. The quote is for two
hundred fifty-eight (258) panels thirty-two (32") inches wide by ninety-six (96") inches long. Work includes installing hat
channels across joist for purpose of attaching acoustic panels. Funding for this work is from the Project Budget and specifically
the Contractor's Contingency.
TOTAL: $75 ,323 .00
The original Guaranteed Maximum Price was $ 18,301 ,631 .00
The net change by previously authorized Change Orders $ (493 .779.35)
The Guaranteed Maximum Price priorto this Change Order was $ 17,807 .851 .65
The Guaranteed Maximum Price will be unchanged by this Change Order in the amount of $ 0.00
The new Guaranteed Maximum Price including this Change Order will be $ 17,807,851 .65
The Contract Time will be increased by Zero ( 0 ) days.
The date of Substantial Completion as of the date of this Change Order therefore is September 10, 2007.
NOTE : This Change Order does not include changes in the Contract Sum, Contract Time or Guaranteed Maximum Price which
have been authorized by Construction Change Directive until the cost and time have been agreed upon by both the Owner and
Contractor, in which case a Change Order is executed to supersede the Construction Change Directive.
