CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE/LICENSE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the Indian River County Board of
County Commissioners has this date , April 18 , 2006 , granted a Cable Television
Franchise/License to LITESTREAM HOLDINGS , LLC , to operate a cable television system in
the unincorporated area of Indian River County, Florida , commencing April 18 , 2006 , and
ending on May 14 , 2010 . Thereafter, pursuant to Section - 2 of Ordinance No . 90-8 of Indian
River County, the Cable Television Franchise/License hereby granted will be renewed for a
period of ten ( 10 ) years commencing May 15 , 2010 , and ending May 14 , 2020 , subject in all
events to all terms and provisions of Ordinances 82-7 , 82-239 85-237 90-8 , 93-4 , and 93-33
(collectively "Cable Ordinances" ) as now in effect or hereafter amended to accommodate
applicable provisions of Florida and federal law with respect to cable television franchises .
The Cable Ordinances are incorporated in their respective entireties as if fully set forth
herein .
The rates as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference shall apply until changes are approved and authorized , pursuant to the Cable
Ordinances .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF , the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners
has issued this Cable Television Franchise/License after a duly advertised public hearing
held on April,.18 , 2006 , as required by the Cable Ordinances.
