All provisions of the original agreement, approved October 3 , 2006 shall remain in full force and effect . The fee schedule for October 1 , 2008 through September 30, 2009 shall remain in effect from October 1 , 2008 through September 30 , 2009 as stated in "Exhibit A" (attached) .
