In accordance with Contract No. 0725 This Work Order No. 7 is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated November 6, 2007 between Carter Associates, Inc. (SURVEYOR) and Indian River County (COUNTY). This Work Order No. 7 amends the agreement as follows: SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS This Work Order No. 7 is for the SURVEYOR to perform a Topographic Survey and field staking on a portion of the "26`h Street Roadway Improvements between 74`h Avenue and 82"d Avenue relating to Indian River Estates" being a portion of the Southwest '/4 of the Southeast '/4 of Section 36, Township 32 South, Range 38 East, Owner: Robert H. Cook, Jr., Parcel ID #32383600000700000003.0, having a physical address of 8000 26'h Street, Vero Beach, Florida. SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES As agreed upon between Carter Associates, Inc. and Indian River County, the SURVEYOR shall provide Professional Land Surveying services to complete a sketch and description of a Drainage and Maintenance Easement. Survey shall consist of a topographic survey showing elevations and locations of all existing drainage ditches, structures and improvements within the westerly 75 feet of the subject parcel. Topographic survey to also include the establishment of the west property line of the subject parcel, horizontal and vertical control and cross sections at 100 -foot stations. A sketch and description of the proposed drainage and maintenance easement will be prepared based on the topographic survey (existing conditions), roadway and drainage design and county negotiations with the property owner. Underground improvements that are not readily visible or obvious are not included in these tasks. Services also include staking in the field, the entire proposed drainage and maintenance easement as established/designed by the survey efforts and scheduled by County staff. SECTION III — TIME FOR COMPLETION & DELIVERABLES/WORK PRODUCT 1. Project shall be completed within thirty (30) business days from Notice to Proceed. 2. Deliverables SHALL BE CERTIFIED TO Indian River County Board of County Commissioners and shall include three (3) signed and sealed 24" x 36" AND three (3) reduced 81/2" x 11" — "legible" versions (for recording), electronic copies in AutoCAD 2007 and PDF formats. Pave 2 of 2 26` Street Roadway Improvements between 74`" Avenue and 82 n Avenue IRC Project No. 0809 SECTION IV —COMPENSATION The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the SURVEYOR agrees to accept, for services rendered as identified in Sections I, II, and III of this Work Order No. 7, a lump sum fee of $ 3,880.00 The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein. All remaining sections of the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect, and are incorporated herein.
