The Contract Documents are modified as follows upon execution of this Change Order:
Description: Grout Proposed Rip-Rap for Bank and Bottom Stabilization. Grouting is Required to Keep the Rip-Rap
in Place During Opening of a Radial Gate Prior to Installation of the Tilting Weir Gate or During a
"Flood" Condition where the Radial Gates are Opened Prior to the Tilting Weir Gate Creating a
Tailwater Condition.
