WHEREAS , Centex homes , the original Developer of VeroLago Phase 2 has sold the
project to Corona Vero Lago LLC , a Delaware limited liability company ; and
WHEREAS , Corona Vero ago LLC , as successor developer , has mibl � litted the
proper trailsf'cr clocunicnts to County Uldencing its assumption of the obligations of the
project and has substituted the ncc- essary security to guarantee the side \\? all: construction ; and
