CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY
WHEREAS, American Ambulance Services Inc. has requested authorization to provide ALS/BLS Non-Emergency Interfacility
Transport services to the citizens of Indian River County ; and
WHEREAS, a need has been demonstrated to provide these essential services to the citizens of Indian River County ; and
WHEREAS, the above named service affirms that it will maintain compliance with the requirements of the Emergency Medical Act,
Chapter 401 , Florida Statutes; Florida Administrative Code, Chapter 64E-2 and Chapter 304 , Indian River County Code of Laws and
Ordinances.
THEREFORE, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County hereby issues a Class "B" Certificate of Public
Convenience and Necessity to the American Ambulance Services Inc. to provide ALS/BLS Non-Emergency Interfacility Transport
Services with limitations as prescribed on this certificate.
