Lobby area needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris at the tile floor. 4. To the left of exterior Door 001 fingerprints on the wall need to be touched up with paint. 5 . North wall underneath the pass-thru window, drywall needs to be repainted where it has been touched-up . 6. Pass-thru window needs to have sill track installed and secured in place. 7 . Underside of countertop pass-thru steel angle needs to be painted to match the wall at the bottom of the countertop. Also, any openings or gaps in the steel angle need to be caulked. 8. Pass-thru window needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris and aluminum frame caulked where it abuts the drywall opening. 9. Aluminum head for the pass-thru window needs to be cleaned of drywall mud and the speaker panel in the window needs to be set plumb, evidently the louvers are on an angle. 10. West wall electrical outlet opening cut too large, drywall needs to be patched and repaired and outlet cover plate needs to be set flush. That is also true of the TV outlet on this same wall . 12. South corner of the west wall needs to be touched-up with paint where it has been chipped. Also in this area there is a scratch in the drywall. Also, on the south side of the return to the right of door 003A there is a bump in the drywall approximately 18 " off the floor at that outside corner. 13 . Doors 003A — Hollow metal frame needs to be touched-up with paint at the edges where it has been chipped. Also, in side face of door at the middle hinge scratch in the door needs to be fixed/repaired . Door does not latch properly into the strike. 14. To the left of Door 003A escutcheon plate needs to be installed on the plumbing clean-out. 15. South wall just to the right of the door stop for Door 002 needs to be touched-up with paint, there are marks on the wall. 16. Drywall to the right of door frame 0002 is pulled away from the metal frame, needs to be patched and repaired up on the top right of the top hinge. Also, where the drywall abuts 002 door frame needs to be sanded and repainted. 17 . To the right of Door 001 drywall corner is chipped around the complete perimeter of the door, needs to be patched, repaired and repainted. 18. Drywall above Door 001 just below the exit light fingerprints on the drywall need to be repainted . 19. Ceiling tile missing above Door 003A. 20. Ceiling grid along the east wall above and to the right of exterior Door 001 , the main grid and the cross ceiling tee need to be set flush to the grid, they are uneven at this time. 21 . Ceiling grid to the top left of Door 001 is bent, that is the 3r1 ceiling grid off the north wall and the I " full ceiling tile off the east wall . 22. Ceiling grid off the main runner grid in front of Door 003A, 3rd grid perpendicular to the door is bent needs to be repaired. 23. All walls in this area need to be cleaned of drywall dust. 24. Top of ceramic tile base needs to be cleaned of dirt, debris and also paint overspray of the complete perimeter of the room. 25. Ceramic tile base to the right of Door 003A, inside corner is very irregular, the tile does not set flush to the wall, this needs to be corrected. Restroom 002 1 . Wood door 002 needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris. Also, top left on the inside face glue on the door needs to be cleaned. 2. Floor drain cover needs to be cleaned of tape, grout, etc. 3 . All plumbing accessories need to be cleaned of protective film. 4. Ceramic tile needs to be cleaned of paint, dirt and debris in numerous areas. 5 . Top edge of 2x 6 ceramic rile trim needs to be cleaned of paint around the complete perimeter where it abuts the drywall, top edge. 6. Drywall above Door 002 where it abuts the metal frame, the door head needs to be sanded and repainted. 7 . Ceramic tile floor needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris. 8. Ceramic tile base to the right or to the east of the toilet fixtures , water closet voids at the grout joint between the floor and ceramic the base directly under the toilet paper holder. 9. Caulking at the wall hung lavatory and ceramic the on the right side is not done neatly needs to be redone. Rough and irregular. D O N A D I O & Associates, Architects, P.A. Left of Door 003A drywall needs to be sanded and repainted, irregular areas. 2. North wall to the left of the electrical outlet dirt mark on the wall needs to be sanded and repainted. 3. West wall, the short wall off of Door 003A, outside corner, fingerprints need to be repainted. 4. North wall a little bit to the right of the westernmost electrical outlet fingerprints on the wall basically between the 2 electrical outlets need to be repainted . 5 . Door 003A hollow metal door frame needs to be touched-up with paint where it has been chipped in numerous areas. Also, metal frame for the view light needs to be repainted at the screw head locations and areas where paint has been chipped or peeling off. 6. Drywall to the left of door frame 003B needs to be re-sanded and repainted. Un-sufficient coats of paint and irregularity in the drywall. 7. Drywall around light switch to the left of Door 003B opening cut too large, needs to be patched and repaired. 8 . Borrowed light BL4 drywall underneath the hollow metal frame at the bottom left comer and to the left of the jamb needs to be sanded and repainted, drywall is irregular. 9. Electrical outlet below borrowed light 4, drywall is irregular, needs to be patched and repaired around electrical outlet cover. 10. Borrowed light BU drywall needs to be patched and repaired on the bottom left and right comers there are voids in the frame. Also, bottom edge of the hollow metal frame paint irregular need to be sanded and repainted that is also typical of borrowed light #4. 11 . South wall below the borrowed light BL2 marks in the drywall need to be patched and repaired. 12. South wall easternmost electrical outlet drywall needs to be patched and repaired, irregular drywall around the perimeter. 13. Carper tiles in numerous locations near the door jambs and in the corners carpet tile is buckled up not setting flush to the floor. All joints need be set flush, replace. 14. All screws in the borrowed lights heads need to be painted to match the frame color. 15. Ceiling grid is bent, that is the ceiling grid to the top right of Door 003A, the 4" & 5d' ceiling grid off the north wall and V full tile off the east wall. 16. Ceiling tile missing off the east wall . 17. Ceiling tile damaged that, 2nd full tile off the east wall and 5th' full tile off the north wall, comer is chipped. 18 . Ceiling grid off the southeast corner of the west wall marks on the grid need to be cleaned. 19. Ceiling grid the 7ih grid off of Door 003B , red marks on the grid need to be cleaned. 20. Door 003E does not have any locksets installed. Computer Room 004 1 . Transition between carpet and raised flooring needs to he looked at, area is not tight and secure, this is the vinyl finished raised floor. 2. No vinyl base or base installed at the perimeter of the access flooring. 3. Cable work is still being done in this room. Room has not been cleaned yet. 4. Walls need to be touched-up with paint in numerous locations of fingerprints and scuff marks. 5 . All access floor tiles need to be set flush and level . 6. All penetrations to the acoustical ceiling needs to be cut in a neat flashing and escutcheon put around the openings . Right now they are all cut very irregular. 7 . North wall towards the west end above the electrical panel, the ceiling grid is missing. 8. Ceiling grid above the electrical panel on the east wall , grid is cut due to the conduit coming out of the panel. This needs to be done in a clean and neat fashion. Not acceptable. 9. In this same area ceiling grid to the right of the electrical panel on the east wall needs to be repainted or replaced, glue on the grid. D O N A D I O & Associates, Architects, P.A. All dirt and debris and construction waste needs to be cleaned up underneath the access flooring. 11 . Ceiling tile the 2nd & 3`d ceiling tile off the east wall and the 2nd full ceiling tile off the north wall, both tiles are damaged. 12 . Ceiling tile off the west wall, middle of the data room, two tiles off the west wall, red marks on the tile, clean or replace. 13 . Ceiling tile about the center of the room, 1 " full ceiling tile off the south wall, chipped. 14. Still work going on in Computer Room 004. This area needs to be re-inspected, once all work is completed. Multi-Purpose 005 1 . Pair of door 0051 - outside face of door needs to be cleaned of scuff marks on the door finish between the bottom and middle hinges over the width of the door. 2 . Metal door light frames need to be touched-up with paint at the edges where it has chipped and also at the screws. 3 . To the right of Door 0051 drywall needs to be repainted and also redone where it abuts the right side of the door frame. That is also true of the left side, the drywall needs to be sanded and repainted, very irregular. Right side, left side and at the head of hollow metal door frame for 0051 need to sand and repaint it. 4. Above Door 0051 ceiling grid has red mark on it, needs to be cleaned. 5 . To the left of Door 0051 red marks on the drywall need to be repainted. 6. Carpeting in front of Door 0051 stains on the carpet needs to be removed and replaced. 7. Right and left outside corners of the drywall in front of Door 0051 , needs to be sanded and repainted. Chips on the drywall. 8 . Ceiling grid above the right door inside the room, I " grid off the wall is bent, needs to be replaced. 9. Base counter and countertop in front of Media Room 003 countertop needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris. Also, countertop needs to be caulked where it abuts the hollow metal window frames and where the cabinet abuts drywall, needs to be caulked in place. 10. All cabinetry in this area needs to be cleaned of dirt, debris and all doors need to be set level and plumb. 11 . As a suggestion backsplash would be better if it was removed and the countertop caulked to the drywall and also, to the underside of the hollow metal frame. This would be a suggestion to have removed. 12 . Underside of countertop where it abuts the base cabinet, glue is on the face of the cabinet that is to the far right, east end needs to be removed. Also, at the joint and the countertop wood chips need to be cleaned off the bottom edge. 13 . Electrical outlets between borrowed lights 2, 3 & 4 need to be sanded and repainted around the electrical outlet covers. Also, outlet cover needs to be cleaned of paint. 14. Drywall around the perimeter of borrowed light #4 at the jamb and the head, especially at the corner, needs to be sanded and repainted, very irregular. That is also true on borrowed light 2 & 3 . 15 . Borrowed lights need to be repainted at the sill of the windows where there appears to have been peeling of paint and it has been repainted. 16. Drywall to the right of borrowed light #2 fingerprints, dirt marks on the walls needs to be repainted. 17 . Inside corner of drywall to the boxed out column to the right of borrowed light #2 needs to be sanded and repainted, very irregular. That is also true of the outside corner above the drywall header leading to Computer Room 004. 18. Drywall to the left of Door 004 needs to be touched-up with paint, fingerprints. Also, to the bottom right of hollow metal door frame 004 vinyl base is not adhered and also drywall is irregular. Needs to be sanded and repainted. D O N A D I O & Associates , Architects, P.A . South wall of the Alcove leading to Computer Room 004, marks on the drywall need to be touched-up with paint and also scuff marks and screw heads above the vinyl base needs to be patched and repaired. 20. On the inside comer as you approach into the Multipurpose Room 005 behind the base at the outside corner there is a dent in the drywall, this needs to be patched and repaired and the drywall be applied. Also, above this same area there are red marks on the drywall, need to he repainted. 21 . Lens of light fixture needs to be cleaned of drywall mud in front of Door 004. 22. Above Door 004 to the top right against the south wall ceiling tile is setting flush to the grid. 23 . East wall to the left of Corridor 006 Data Outlet 11/12C drywall needs to be patched and repaired around the data outlet and also the electrical outlet to the right of this . 24. Electrical outlet cover needs to he set flush to the drywall. 25. Drywall header leading into Corridor 006 top edge needs to be sanded and repainted. The outside edge corner is irregular. 26. Outside corners to the left and right of the entrance into Corridor 006 needs to be sanded and repainted. Chipped. Also, fingerprints on it to the right of the entry to drywall opening and the Corridor 006, fingerprints on the drywall. 27 . East wall to the right of Corridor 006, fingerprints, dirt marks on the drywall and also drywall around the Data Outlet 36 & 36C and electrical outlet and junction box cover plate needs to be sanded and repainted. 28 . Boxed out drywall column D1 , to the left of that column approximately 8ft, there is a smudge mark in the drywall , needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, on the bottom left corner of boxed out column, vinyl base has dirt on it. Right outside corner needs to be repainted where it is chipped and also in that same area there are irregularities in the drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. 29. To the right of boxed out column B1 between boxed out column and the entry corridor 001 irregularity in the paint finishes needs to be sanded and repainted . 30. Vinyl base joint boxed column B1 and entrance to Corridor 006 needs to be cut tighter. 31 . Drywall header leading into Corridor 001 , top edge of the header is irregular needs to be sanded and repainted at the right side edge of the header. 32. South wall , boxed out header, at the electrical projection screen is unacceptable, the finish at the top edge where it abuts the ceiling tile is very irregular and that is also true of where the frame for the projection screens abut the drywall header, very irregular, this needs to be corrected the complete length of this south wall. 33 . Door 0018, hollow metal door frame needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris and red marker. Also, bottom right and left needs to be cleaned of carpet glue . 34. South wall drywall above fire extinguisher cabinet to the right of Door 0018 approximately 8- 1 Oft. up, very irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted. 35 . Drywall above vinyl base between the fife extinguisher cabinet on the south wall and the electrical outlet cover scuff marks and chips in the drywall need to be sanded and repainted. Also, to the right of the light switch and to the right of fire extinguisher cabinet there are fingerprints all over the drywall , needs repainted. 36. South wall to the left of entrance to Corridor 024 approximately 5ft in, paint finish is irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted approximately 8- 10ft off the floor. 37 . Drywall between the electrical outlet on the south wall and the entrance to Corridor 024, marks on the drywall above the vinyl base needs to be repainted approximately 6 inches and 2ft. above the vinyl base in this area. 38 . The south drywall below the westernmost projection screen on the left side of the westernmost projection screen, drywall wall in this area is very irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted that is the finish. 39. Boxed out steel column Al , left edge of the drywall is chipped in numerous locations and also approximately 2ft off the floor and the base of this drywall encasement has a chip in the drywall needs to be patched and repaired. Drywall between Column Al and entrance to Corridor 031 red pin marks on the drywall needs to be repainted. Also in this same area to the right of Data Outlet 33/34C approximately 8- 10ft up paint finish is very irregular needs to be sanded and repainted. 41 . Entrance into Corridor 031 outside corner to left is chipped needs to be patched and repaired. Also, the top right inside corner where the header and wall meet drywall is irregular in this area needs to be sanded and repainted. 42 . Drywall above the top right portion of the header leading into Corridor 031 paint finish is irregular needs to be sanded and repainted. 43 . Electrical outlet cover plate between Corridor 031 and entrance into Door 005 has been sanded and repainted, irregular, cover plate needs to be cleaned of paint overspray . Also, to the bottom right of this area, small chips in the drywall need to be repainted. 44. Alcove leading into Door 005 left outside corners approximately 2-3ft off the floor need to be sanded and repainted. 45. Boxed out column A2 , to the right side of Alcove towards Door 005, first two feet of the drywall is very irregular, wavy, this needs to be repaired. 46. Drywall to the left of Door 005 is irregular in numerous areas from the floor to the top head of the frame needs to be sanded and repainted. That is also true of the drywall to the bottom right of door frame 005 . 47 . Hollow metal door frame needs to be sanded and repainted at the top right comer where the paint finish is very irregular and also above the middle hinge. 48. Drywall to the right of Door 005 marks and chips and irregularities in the drywall need to be sanded, patched and repainted. That is also true of the north wall approximately 711 up off the floor. 49. Boxed out column A2, the right face which would be the east face of the column is very irregular running from the vinyl base up approximately 3-4ft.and continuing up in numerous areas this needs to be sanded and repainted and to be in flush and smooth conditions . 50. Drywall between column A2 and borrowed light BL6, numerous areas are very irregular that is above the vinyl base at the level of the counter and up along the wall approximately at the 7ft height, horizontal lines and irregularity in the drywall and also irregularity in the paint finishes. This needs to be corrected. 51 . To the left of borrowed light BL6, drywall adjacent to the frame and approximately 12 inches out on the left side is very irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted. That is also true of the top right and left corners of this same borrowed light. 52. Drywall between borrowed lights BL6 and BL5 drywall is irregular and rough paint finish around electrical outlet and at the jambs. 53. Drywall above the heads of borrowed light 5 & 6 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 54. All carpet tiles joints need to be set flush and tight. 55 . Carpet in front of Computer Room Door 004, at the opening to Computer Room 004, dirt marks on the carpet tile need to be cleaned and other numerous areas at the electrical floor outlets, the floor outlets in front of borrowed light 3 opposite the east wall between Corridors 06 and Door 04, dirt marks on the carpet needs to be cleaned or carpeting be replaced. 56. Numerous locations of joints are not fit tight. Carpet tile joints needs to be redone or set flush. 57. Carpet tile on the floor boxes need to be glued flush and tight to the covers of the four outlet boxes. 58 . Drywall in this room is very irregular. Numerous areas of the drywall has waves at the taped joints, paint finish is rough and irregular. All this is visible from the center of the room. This is not acceptable and needs to be re-looked at and addressed. 59. Transitions between the access flooring and the concrete floor at the carpet tile, needs to be flush and level. Concerned about wear of the carpet where these joints are uneven particularly in Corridors 011 & 020 and At the Alcove to Door 004, Alcove to Door 005 & access to Corridors 024 & 025 . Drywall to the left of Door 007 above the vinyl base, holes in the drywall need to be sanded and repainted . Pencil marks on the walls need to be cleaned and repainted . Fingerprints above Door 007, needs to be repainted . 2. Bottom right and left of the hollow metal door frames 007 needs to be repainted. 3 . Door 007, scratch mark on the door around the lockset, needs to be patched and repaired and glued to the left and on the frame of the view lights. 4. Drywall to the right of Door 007 at the outside corner, fingerprints on the drywall need to be cleaned and repainted and also outside comer edge needs to be sanded and repainted. 5 . Inside corner to the left of Door 008, drywall is irregular in numerous locations needs to be sanded and repainted. 6. Electrical outlet to the left of Door 010, drywall opening cut too large, drywall is irregular needs to be sanded and repainted. 7. Drywall, bottom right of Door 010, needs to be repainted and vinyl base on either side of hollow metal door frame 010 needs to be cut tight to the frame. ESF-18 - Room 007 1 . This room is currently full of data cabling through-out the room. 2. Inside corner to the right of Door 007, at the bottom needs to be sanded and repainted. 3 . West wall, drywall below to the bottom right of the wall stop and above the electrical outlet a chip in the drywall, needs to be repainted. Also, along the electrical outlet cover drywall needs to be sanded and repainted and above the vinyl base in general area on this wall. 4. North wall, drywall around Data TV outlet 15 needs to be patched and repaired and also electrical outlet cover needs to set flush to the drywall to the right of the TV outlet 15. 5 . Pre-cast panel reveal around the perimeter of the accent tile do not have the finish coat of paint on it. Paint needs to be applied. Just the primer on the panel at this time. That occurs at numerous locations. 4 . All joints at the tilt up panels, the caulked joints and the reveal joints, edges of the recess do not have sufficient coats of finished paint. 5. Perimeter of accent tile on the building needs to be caulked, that is the void between the backside of the tile and the concrete panel, prior to being painted. 6. All metal drip edges on the covered entry areas and the main building, need to have any bleed over from the tar and paint removed from the finish. 7 . All exterior walls need to be touched-up with paint where there is dirt, scratches, etc . on all four elevations where this occurs. 8. All exterior door thresholds need to be caulked where they abut the concrete sidewalk. 9. All concrete entry pads leading into all exterior doors needs to be cleaned of dirt, debris and paint. 10. Aluminum gates at the Satellite Farm and dumpster enclosures finish is unacceptable. Panel faces of the gates, have been ground in certain areas giving the panels a uneven finished look. Not acceptable. 11 . Provide verification of exterior coating finish millage meets manufactures specifications, Some areas paint finish seem thin . Insulation of the pair of doors 042 gap between the doors seems excessive, strike does not engage sufficiently. Also, closures needs to be adjusted so the door closes and latches properly. 4. Left side door without lockset does not set plumb into the door frame, bottom edge left side is lower than the right side door panel . 5 . Drywall above hollow metal door frame 042 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 6. Drywall around light switch to the left of door 042 needs to be sanded and repainted. 7 . Fingerprints, dirt marks, glue, etc . needs to be cleaned and drywall repainted in these areas, especially true of the north wall above the duplex outlet, large stain on the wall . 8 . South wall, drywall around the electrical outlet needs to be sanded and repainted. 9 . Drywall around electrical outlet and TC outlet #1 needs to be sanded and repainted , drywall is irregular. 10. West wall, to the left or south of the duplex outlet there is a gouge in the drywall and irregular above the vinyl base, this needs to be corrected, sanded and repainted. 11 . The 2"d full ceiling tile off the west wall adjacent to the light fixture and caddy comer from the supply air grille, centered in line with Door 042, tile is damaged at both corners needs to be replaced . Radio / Radiology - Room 043 1 . Door 043 , numerous areas have glue or scuff mark on the door on the outside face, corridor side. 2. Right side Door 043 above the vinyl base approximately 6-8 inches drywall needs to be sanded and repainted, very irregular. 3 . Top right corner drywall needs to be sanded and repainted where hollow metal door frame paint from the drywall . 4. Bottom left of Door 043 vinyl base not cut tight to the hollow metal door frame . 5 . Electrical outlet to the left of door frame 043 drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. 6. East wall, jog in the drywall outside corners need to be sanded and repainted where it has been chipped above the vinyl base . 7 . Fingerprints, dirt marks, stains, etc. on the drywall areas need to be cleaned and repainted where they occur in this room. 8 . Electrical outlet covers need to be set plumb. 9. South wall, left inside corner needs to be sanded and repainted above the vinyl base and also drywall needs to repainted. 4. Electrical Data Outlet 13AD & 14AD drywall needs to be sanded and repainted around the perimeter. 5 . Scuff marks, vinyl base glue, stains, etc, on the walls need to be cleaned and repainted where they occur, especially along the west wall above the vinyl base and the north wall . 6. Vinyl tile needs to be cleaned of scuff marks, dirt, etc . and adhesive. 7 . Vinyl tile is cut too short along the west wall near the electrical outlet. ESF-911 - Room 045 1 . Door 045 , corridor side needs to be cleaned of dirt, glue, etc . 2. Drywall to the left of hollow metal door frame 045 at the middle hinge needs to be sanded and repainted, drywall is irregular. Also, adjacent to the lower left hand side drywall is irregular needs to be sanded and repainted. 3 . South wall drywall around electrical outlet needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, south wall at the boxed out Column A4 needs to be cleaned of drywall dust all over the vinyl base and the carpeting. Outside corners need to be sanded and repainted. Drywall above the vinyl base has a bow in it, needs to be corrected. 4. East wall drywall around the electrical outlet cover needs to be sanded and repainted around it and below it. Marks in the drywall , irregularities , etc . Also, painters tape needs to be removed from electrical outlet and data covers. 5. South wall between electrical outlet and the right inside corner, gouges in the drywall needs to be patched and repaired. 6. Left inside corner, south wall needs to be sanded and repainted above the vinyl base. 7. North wall to the bottom right of the data outlet and to the bottom left of the electrical outlet above the vinyl base drywall is irregular needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, drywall around data outlet and electrical outlet needs to be sanded and repainted, drywall is irregular. 8 . North wall, left inside corner above the vinyl base, approximately 18-24 inches need to be sanded and repainted. Very irregular. 9. West wall , to the left of the right inside corner drywall needs to be sanded and repainted above the vinyl base . Also, on this wall electrical outlet cover plate needs to be set flush to the drywall. 10. Fingerprints, dirt marks, stains, etc . need to be cleaned and repainted where they occur, especially on the north wall directly above the electrical outlet approximately 6ft. high and to the right approximately 3ft. high. 11 . At this time one light fixture is open, appears to being worked on. 12. Ceiling grid at the center of the room off the north wall to the right of the westernmost light fixture, grid is cut too short, the 3" grid off the north wall, this needs to be replaced . 13. The 2n1 ceiling grid off the west wall in front and between the return air grille and the 2x2 light fixture finish is damaged on the grid . EMD SA - Room 047 1 . Bottom left of Door 048 , drywall on the outside face needs to be sanded and repainted above the vinyl base and also nicks on the drywall in this area need to be corrected. 2. South wall above the vinyl base to the bottom right of the electrical outlet and to the left of Door 049 needs to be sanded and repainted. Damaged drywall and also vinyl base adhesive needs to be removed from the wall. 6. Drywall around Data Outlet 7 & 8B and around the duplex electrical and quad outlets needs to be sanded and repainted. 7. South wall ceiling grid is unacceptable, it is a double ceiling grid with no tile between the two grids, this needs to be corrected and Fixed. Unacceptable . Production / Storage Room 048 1 . This room is locked at this time. Unable to access. EMD Room 049 1 . Outside face of Door 049 on the hinge side, scratches in the door finish. 2 . Carpet needs to be cut tight to the hollow metal door frame and secured to the floor. 3 . Electrical outlet on the west wall drywall around this outlet needs to be sanded and repainted. Drywall is very irregular, unacceptable. 4. West wall between the electrical outlet and Door 050B large irregularity in the drywall behind the vinyl base, this is unacceptable needs to be corrected and base reapplied. 5. South wall, drywall around electrical outlet needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, to the left of the electrical outlet and to the right of the left inside corner glue on the drywall needs to be removed and repainted. 6. Drywall around electrical outlet cover adjacent to TV Outlet #9 on the south wall needs to be sanded around the edges of the cover. 7 . West wall, drywall around duplex outlet and Data Outlet 9/10B needs to be sanded and repainted, irregular. Also, to the left of the electrical outlet above the vinyl base same condition, irregularity in the drywall. 8. Left inside corner the southwest comer of the east wall drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 9. North wall , drywall around Data Outlet 5/613 and electrical outlet needs to be sanded and repainted, irregular at drywall. 10. Fingerprints, dirt, scuff marks on the vinyl base all need to be cleaned where they occur. 11 . Ceiling tile needs to be set flush in the grid and no edges exposed. Tile is cut short needs to be replaced . 12. Ceiling tile above Door 050B appears to be cut short, needs to be adjusted to set flush in the grid or be replaced. 13. Ceiling tile at the center of the north wall, the 4 h full ceiling tile off the west wall to the right of Door 050, needs to set flush in the grid or be replaced. Also, grid in this area is very irregular, uneven needs to be repaired about the center of the wall. EMD Conference Room 050 1 . Bottom edge of Door 050B, facing the EMD Room 049, full of glue needs to be removed. That is also true above the lockset glue and paint on the door finish. 2. To the left of Door 050B , on the EMD side Room 049, vinyl base not secured to the wall or cut tight to the hollow metal door frame. 3 . Recessed ceiling can lights in this room are not operable at this time. 4. Bottom left of hollow metal door frame 050B needs to be painted just above the carpet. 5 . Electrical outlet below the borrowed light windows need to be sanded and repainted, opening cut too large. Also, to the right of that approximately Ifoot '/2 inches, a hole in the drywall needs to be patched and repaired. 8 . Borrowed light #5 bottom right comer hollow metal frame is damaged. 9 . Drywall around the perimeter of the borrowed light 5 & 6, hollow metal frame paint is on the drywall, needs to be corrected and cut in neatly completely around both windows . 10. Sill of borrowed light #6, the hollow metal face of the sill face of the frame, paint is irregular, looks like it has peeled and been repainted, unacceptable needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, below this sill, screw heads are exposed and drywall is chipped at the left corner. 11 . Scuff marks on the drywall and chips in the drywall above vinyl base to the right of Door 050 and to the left of Data 41 /42B. 12. Outside face of Door 050, where the locks in the middle of the door, scratches on the finish and also fingerprints and dirt marks on the door throughout. 13 . Floor outlet is still not finished being cut into the carpet. 14. The ceiling grid above the right comer of Door 050B is chipped. That is also true of the ceiling grid above the left corner of 050B the 2"a tile off the door. 15 . The I " ceiling tile off the west wall and 3`s full ceiling rile off the south wall is chipped. 16. Ceiling grid above the borrowed lights and in that general area is dirty in numerous places . 17. Ceiling tile to the north of the return air grille, between the return air grille and Door 050B adjacent to the return air grille, tile is chipped . Men 's Vestibule 052 1 . Bottom right of hollow metal frame of Men' s Vestibule, drywall above the vinyl base the inside face of the hollow metal frame, drywall to the right needs to be sanded and repainted, very irregular. That is also true of the right inside corner between the hollow metal opening and Door 053 . 2. Left inside corner needs to be sanded and repainted don the inside corner and both intersection faces of the drywall above the vinyl base . Drywall is irregular. 3 . South wall drywall above the vinyl base needs to be sanded and repainted approximately 12 inches up off the vinyl base . Also, vinyl base in this area is unacceptable, a lot of irregularities in the drywall behind the vinyl base, this needs to be removed and corrected. 4. East wall above the vinyl base needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, approximately 1 'h feet in from the right inside corner drywall is irregular needs to be sanded and repainted. 5 . Center of the ease wall approximately 3 ft. off the floor dents and irregularities in t he drywall need to be sanded and repainted. 6. Drywall to the right of Door 053 needs to be sanded and repainted from the vinyl base up approximately 3 ft and up along the complete length of the hollow metal door frame. Drywall is irregular. 7. Drywall to the left hollow metal door frame 053, needs to be sanded and repainted from the head down to the top of the vinyl base. Men's Restroom 053 1 . Door 053 needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris on the outside face. Also, on the inside face bottom edge below the bottom hinge the complete width of the door needs to be cleaned of grout. 2 . Strike plate for the dead bolt opening in the hollow metal frame needs to be patched and repaired. 3 . Top edge of the door has paint on it needs to be cleaned. All tile needs to be cleaned of grout. 6. Below vanity drain line that are cut into the wall at the ceramic tile need escutcheon plates installed. Also, tile needs to be cleaned dirt and debris. 7 . Where the porcelain tile floor meets the ceramic cove base, left inside corner under the vanity and to the left of the right sink drain line, voids in the grout, this needs to be patched and repaired. 8. Urinal screens need to be secured properly to fit tight to the lavatory countertop, not acceptable as it exists . 9. Backsplash in the left inside corner and along the left side of the sink needs to be caulked properly, needs to be cleaned of drywall dust and re-caulked. 10. Left inside corner of ceramic tile to the left of the sink lavatory, void in the grout, joints, this needs to be corrected approximately up 3 tiles. 11 . Ceramic tile around the Urinal flush valve is unacceptable approximately 9 tiles in line behind the flush valve, full of grout, uneven, cracked, not setting flush to the wall needs to be removed and replaced. Also, caulking around the urinal is unacceptable. 12. All escutcheon plates at the flush valve where the supply line comes through the wall needs to be set tight to the wall in all bathrooms. 13. Toilet partitions needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris. 14. Water closet in single stall, floor needs to be cleaned of grout around the perimeter of the water closet and also on the water closet where there is grout. 15 . Floor tile needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris. 16. 2 x 6 ceramic tile base top edge has a void in it where it abuts the drywall and that should be fully grouted in to the complete length of the trim. 17 . Toilet accessories need to be cleaned of protective covering. 18 . Handi-capped stall , wraps for the plumbing line, the vinyl wraps are not installed properly, need to be removed or replaced. Also, caulking around the perimeter of the lavatories is unacceptable, very irregular and sloppy. 19. Hangers for the lavatory, these are the wall hangers, do not appear to be secured properly, sink moves when pressure is applied to it. 20. Ceiling in the Handi-capped stall at the light fixture needs to be sanded and repainted where it has been patched and repaired . That is where it is up against the east wall between the light fixture and the wall. 21 . Fingerprints on the ceiling above the Handi-capped stall needs to be cleaned and repainted. Shower Area 054 1 . Hollow metal frame in the opening leading to shower area 054 needs to be repainted where it is scratched . 2. To the right of hollow metal frame, light switch needs cover installed. 3 . Mirror in not properly installed, its loose, can be pulled apart and pulled away from the wall . 4. Tile around soap dispensers need to be repaired, openings cut too large, unacceptable . 5 . Ceramic tile needs to be cleaned throughout. 6. Ceramic tile in the easternmost Handi-capped shower stall, tile around soap dispenser grout is missing, looks like tile broken out and reapplied, unacceptable needs to be repaired or replaced. 7. Where shower/ceramic tile walls abut the ceiling, tile needs to be cleaned of grout and paint and cut in neat. 8. East wall around the shower head and to the right of the shower rod, voids in the grout needs to be patched and repaired. This occurs all over this area in numerous locations. Door 055, inside face dirt on the doors, glue, etc. 2 . Above kick plate on the inside face, the mirror finish is damaged. 3 . Hollow metal door frame needs to be touched-up with paint at the outside edges above the top and bottom hinges . 4. Light switches need to be cleaned of paint. 5. Right inside corner of countertop or where the 2 backsplash meets, needs to be caulked at that intersection and at the grout joints. 6. Ceramic tile needs to be cleaned of marker and glue, etc . around the mirrors . 7 . Toilet accessories need to be cleaned. 8 . Ceramic tile below the lavatory countertop needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris, drywall mud and caulking. 9. Plumbing line where it penetrates the wall at ceramic tile needs escutcheon installed. 10. Ceramic tile floor needs to be cleaned, especially underneath the sink and lavatories where it abuts the cove base . 11 . Countertop needs to be cleaned of glue, marker, etc. 12. All ceramic tile needs to be cleaned of paint and drywall mud where ever it occurs throughout. 13 . Floor drains need to be cleaned of grout, tape, etc. 14. 2x8 black trim needs to be cleaned of paint on the top and cut in properly where it abuts the drywall finish. 15 . Ceramic tile wall around the water closet needs to be cleaned of caulking and drywall mud. 16. Caulking or grout around the base of the water closet needs to be cleaned up, excess needs to be taken off the water closet. 17 . The left inside corner, to the left of the water closet, needs to be grouted in numerous area voids in the grout joint. 18 . All green marks needs to be removed from toilet accessories and ceramic tile. 19 . Lavatory sink, in the Handi-caped stall, needs an escutcheon where the drain lines penetrate the ceramic tile wall . 20. Top right inside corner of the ceramic tile, where the trim meet, small piece cut very irregular, unacceptable needs to be repaired or replaced. 21 . Caulking around sink between sink and the mirror is excessive needs to be cleaned and done properly. 22. Drywall around supply air grille needs to be repainted at the Door 055 . 23. Drywall where it meets the ceiling, above the lavatory and the paper towel holder, area needs to be sanded and repainted, very irregular. 24. Drywall around exhaust fans, over the toilet stalls, need to be repainted. Also, drywall between the light fixture and the exhaust fan in the Handi-capped stall needs to be touched-up with paint in numerous areas. 25 . Inside corner of drywall , where the drywall and ceiling meet above lavatory and Handi-capped stall, needs to be repainted. Shower Area 056 1 . Hollow metal frame in the Shower area 056, label is painted over on the bottom left side this needs to be removed, sanded and repainted . Also, on the inside shower area hollow metal frame needs to be repainted at the top right where it has been damaged. 2 . Need to caulk, repaint and cut-in , etc. unacceptable. 4. Shower stalls, ceramic tile needs to be cleaned dirt, debris, markers, etc . at the ceramic tile. 5 . Ceiling A/C diffuser does not set flush in the framing, needs to be corrected. 6. Drywall over the Handi-capped shower and drywall around the light fixture is irregular. Needs to be patched sanded and repainted. Women's Vestibule 057 1 . Outside of Door 057, between the lockset and the dead bolt, glue on door needs to be cleaned off. 2. To the left of the hollow metal door frame of Vestibule 052, inside the Vestibule needs to be sanded and repainted the complete length. 3. Vinyl base, to the left of door frame 057, is not setting flush to the drywall, the debris behind the vinyl base needs to be removed, sanded and repaired to receive vinyl base. That is also true to this whole right inside corner. 4. Right inside corner, to the right of door frame 057, needs to be sanded and repainted approximately at the same level as the dead bolt lockset. 5 . Strike for dead bolt opening in the hollow metal frame needs to be closed off. 6. To the left of hollow metal door frame 057, drywall needs to be sanded and repainted the complete length. Also, vinyl base in this area to the left of the bottom hinge is unacceptable. Drywall finish behind vinyl is very irregular. 7 . North wall, drywall above vinyl base is irregular needs to be sanded and repainted. 8 . Left inside corner of the north wall needs to be sanded and repainted approximately 3ft. up. 9. Drywall to the right of the metal door frame for Women ' s Vestibule 057 needs to be sanded and repainted. 10. Hollow metal frame at the opening to area 057 needs to be repainted, finish is scratched in numerous areas. 11 . Drywall where it abuts the Door 056 needs to be sanded and repainted where it abuts the head of the hollow metal frame. Open Office Area 058 & 062 1 . Outside comers, to drywall opening leading into this area, needs to be sanded and repainted, that is the drywall comers both left and right sides. 2 . Fingerprints, dirt marks and pencil marks, etc ., need to be patched and repaired or repainted in these areas where they occur. 3. West wall, painters tape needs to be removed from the electrical outlet devices. 4. North wall adjacent to Storage Area 059, to the left of Data Outlet 21/22A, irregularities in the drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, on this same wall to the bottom right of electrical outlet that is adjacent to Date Outlet 17/18A, drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. 5 . Drywall comers leading into Alcove Area 060 needs to be patched, repaired and repainted. 6. North wall, the wall adjacent to Storage Room 061 quad outlet, drywall around that area needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, quad outlet adjacent to Data Outlet 27/28A cover plate missing. Drywall where it abuts the hollow metal door frame on the top right corner of Door 065 and the top right side, needs to be sanded and repainted. 5 . Drywall around electrical outlet on the west wall to the left between EMD 047 & Door 050A, drywall needs to be sanded and repainted around the electrical outlet and then to the left and right of this area, drywall is irregular needs to be patched and repaired. Also the vinyl base in this area is scuffed. 4 . Drywall to the left of Door 050A needs to be sanded and repainted above the vinyl base approximately 18-24 inches and drywall above the door frame of 050A needs to be repainted, fingerprints on the paint. 5 . Drywall between Door 050A and 051 , approximately 6ft. to the left of Door 050A and about 6ft. off the floor, dent in the drywall. Also, on this wall between Door 050A and 051 in numerous area are scuff marks , dirt marks, etc. need to be sanded and cleaned. 6. Right and left sides of jambs of drywall between hollow metal jambs 051 needs to be sanded and repainted, drywall is very irregular. 7 . Bottom left of Door 051 on the east wall just above the vinyl base drywall is irregular in this area. 8 . To the right of Door 003B drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. That is also true of the left side above the vinyl base. 9 . Drywall to the right of hollow metal opening 052 - Men' s Vestibule drywall needs to be sanded and repainted approximately 8- 10 inches up the wall . 10. Ceramic tile floor and carpet needs to have transition strip installed. 11 . To the right of the drinking fountain area on the south end, drywall is irregular in this area needs to be sanded and repainted. 12. Top right comer at dropped header, drywall has crack in it, needs to be sanded, patched and repaired. 13. Ceramic tile where it abuts the drywall ceiling has no grout installed, void between the tile and the drywall, needs to be corrected and properly cut in. 14. Left edge of the drinking fountain area where the drywall abuts the ceramic tile, needs to be sanded and finished smooth and repainted . 15. Drywall between drinking fountain and opening to Women ' s Vestibule 057 at the center, irregularities in the drywall patched area still visible, needs to be sanded, patched and repaired. 16.
