Certificate Regarding Matching Funds
Indian River County
I. Kenneth R. Macht, Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida do hereby certify that the Board of County Commissioners will
provide matching funds for voter education in County FY 2003/2004 to the Supervisor of
Elections in an amount equal to at least 15% of the amount to be received from the state,
which for Indian River County is $3 , 735 . 98 . I understand that if the Board fails to
appropriate the required matching funds, all funds received from the state for voter
education purposes during the 2003 -2004 state fiscal year will be required to be returned
to the Department of State.
