CHANGE ORDER IMPACTS : This change order will not impact the cost of the project or the reimbursement
amount for the cost- share award recipient .
JUSTIFICATION FOR EXTENSION : Indian River County has requested a contract extension until
December 3 , 2005 . The contractor has begun work on the project and has expended over $ 1 million to date
however, the County has not been able to obtain the necessary Florida Department of Environmental
Protection' s (FDEP) operating permit for the system as yet . The County is currently meeting with FDEP and
hopes to have the issues resolved within a year .
SCHEDULE/WORK ORDER AMOUNT IMPACTS :
