Approximately $53 .69 per foot including manholes. Our new cost with the work order change is $78,925 .00 for approximately 1 ,370 linear kiet of pipe @ $53 . 69 per foot ($73,925 .00) and 3 manholes. We estimate it will lake vs 5%o- 10%4 longer to install the Pipe in the new location 20' -30' from edge of the pavement. Maneuvering equipment in that space slows us down a bit, also we may need to do some maintenance oftraflic and the pipe and sewer manholes are deeper than the original depth. If we use the conserrative side of the 5%-10% additional time, say 6%o and administrative fees bring this cost to : $ 73, 555 .00 Total x 1 .06% Tax $ 77,968.00 + 957 . 00 Addtl_ Admin Fees $ 78,92S.9B We feel we are beirl;; conservative because with the new depth there is a chance we may need to do additional well pointing as well.
