CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY
WHEREAS , All County Ambulance has requested authorization to provide BLS/ALS Non-Emergency Interfacility Transportation
services to the citizens of Indian River County; and
WHEREAS, a need has been demonstrated to provide these essential services to the citizens of this county; and
WHEREAS, the above named service affirms that it will maintain compliance with the requirements of the Emergency Medical Act ,
Chapter 401 , Florida Statutes ; Florida Administrative Code , Chapter 10D-66 and Chapter 304 , Indian River County Code
of Laws
and Ordinances.
THEREFORE, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County hereby issues a Class "B" Certificate
of Public
Convenience and Necessity to Able Ambulance and Health Services to provide BLS/ALS Non-Emergency Interfacility Transport
Services with limitations as prescribed on this certificate .
Certificate Type : Class B
Effective Date : October 2005 - Date of expiration: October 2 2007
