CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY
WHEREAS, We Care of the Treasure Coast, Inc. has requested authorization to provide Non-Emergency
Wheelchair and Comfort Stretcher Transportation services that originate within Indian River County;
WHEREAS, the above named service affirms that it will maintain compliance with the requirements of the Indian River
County Code of ordinances (Chapter 304 , Life Support and Wheelchair Services) .
THEREFORE, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County hereby issues a Class "E" Certificate
of Public Convenience and Necessity to said Company to provide Non-Emergency Wheelchair and Comfort Stretcher
Transportation services within Indian River County.
Certificate Type: Class E
Date issued : February 6, 2007 Date of expiration: February 6, 2009 ` 1
(unless certificate is sooner revoked or suspended)
Limitations: Private Pay Transports Only
Non-Emergency Interafacility Baker Act Transportation
